What We Expect
From Every Clean

Every property should be left guest-ready and to a consistent standard. Here are the key things to keep in mind on every visit.

Check the Bins

Always check all bins inside and outside the property. If bins are overflowing or full, please empty them before the next guest arrives. Check recycling, general waste, and food waste caddies. Full bins create a poor first impression and can lead to guest complaints.

Time-Stamped Photos

After every clean, photos must be taken using the Timestamp app โ€” showing the time, date, location and a description on each image. Include a brief description for each area photographed. If using Turno, the built-in photo tool may cover this โ€” confirm with the team if unsure.

Property Standards

Leave every property exactly guest-ready โ€” beds made, surfaces wiped, bathrooms sanitised, kitchen clean, fresh towels folded. If anything is damaged or missing, report it immediately via Slack or WhatsApp with a timestamped photo.

We actively encourage our cleaning team to take on additional work at our properties. Everything is paid on top of your regular clean โ€” just flag it, do it, and invoice us. It really is that simple.

Spotted something that needs fixing? Don't walk past it. Dripping taps, loose fixtures, lightbulbs, scuffs, minor repairs โ€” we want you to fix them and we'll pay you for it. Your time and any materials are covered.

Waste
Removal

Bulk waste, left-behind guest items, excess rubbish that won't fit the bins โ€” we will always pay for waste removal, no questions asked. This is something we genuinely struggle with, and we value anyone who takes it on.

Deep Cleaning
Extras

When a property needs more than a standard turnaround, we pay for it. Oven cleans, window cleaning, exterior tidying, full deep cleans between tenancies โ€” all of these are additional paid work we're happy to offer to our trusted cleaners.
