Getting Started
Please follow these steps in order โ each one is required before you can start cleaning with Eason Stays.
Sign up to Turno (our cleaning management platform) and complete the Cleaner Registration Form below. This is how we add you to our system โ don't skip it!
Once you've submitted the form, you'll receive an email from Turno. Open it, confirm your email address, and complete your Turno account setup. This is the platform we use to assign you cleans, manage your schedule and send job details. Make sure you download the Turno app on your phone too.
Scroll back up and watch the onboarding video in full โ it covers everything we expect from a clean. Then read our Terms & Conditions before your first job. Both are required before you start.
๐ Read Cleaner Terms & Conditions โSo we can pay you promptly every Monday, please send your payment details directly to our team. We'll need your full name, bank name, sort code and account number. Send these via email or WhatsApp โ details below.
Once steps 1โ4 are complete, you will recieve your final confirmation email, our team will confirm you're active on the system and you'll start receiving cleans through Turno. Welcome to the Eason Stays team โ we're genuinely glad to have you on board. Any questions at all, just reach out. ๐ค
Your Responsibilities
Every property should be left guest-ready and to a consistent standard. Here are the key things to keep in mind on every visit.
Always check all bins inside and outside the property. If bins are overflowing or full, please empty them before the next guest arrives. Check recycling, general waste, and food waste caddies.
After every clean, photos must be taken using the Timestamp app โ showing time, date, location and description on each image. If using Turno, confirm with the team if the built-in tool covers this.
Beds made, surfaces wiped, bathrooms sanitised, kitchen clean, fresh towels folded. Report anything damaged or missing immediately via Slack or WhatsApp with a timestamped photo.
We actively encourage our cleaning team to take on additional work. Everything is paid on top of your regular clean โ flag it, do it, invoice us.
Spotted something? Don't walk past it. Dripping taps, loose fixtures, lightbulbs, scuffs โ fix them and invoice us. Time and materials both covered.
How it works
Bulk waste or excess rubbish? We will always pay for waste removal โ no questions asked. We genuinely struggle with this and value anyone who takes it on.
How it works
We carry out quarterly property spot checks and need meter readings taken periodically. If you're already at the property, we'll pay you to do these โ just follow the checklist and send us the photos.
What's involved
The golden rule: spot it โ photo it โ message us โ get confirmation โ do it โ invoice it. We never want cleaners doing extra work without being paid. ๐ค
